From the truffle patch to the dish, follow the Chef Bruno Chartron on our gourmet paths. He promises you an authentic and gastronomic discovery of the dark truffle. Visit with him his own truffle farm or that of a friend and learn about the “Cavage”, the truffle hunt that is discovered noble mushroom. Discovering the truffle also includes the gourmet menu “Diamant Noir”, which you can enjoy at lunch or in the evening – after a tasting of the region’s white wines for an aperitif, with butter toasts served with truffles.
