Its terrace and its secure swimming pool facing south benefit from an impregnable view on the surrounding Ardèche mountains. The property is set in 3000m² of enclosed grounds in the heart of the Ardèche verte at an altitude of 600m.
It is two kilometers from the village of Saint Félicien, on the road to Lalouvesc. Ideal for groups or large families
The main house is separated from the former barn (access to the 100m² ground floor) by an inner courtyard.
