Large renovated farmhouse in an enclosed park with trees. Ideal place for holidays and rest with family or friends.
Its terrace and its secure swimming pool facing south benefit from an impregnable view on the surrounding Ardèche mountains. The property is set in 3000m² of enclosed grounds in the heart of the Ardèche verte at an altitude of 600m.
It is two kilometers from the village of Saint Félicien, on the road to Lalouvesc. Ideal for groups or large families
The main house is separated from the former barn (access to the 100m² ground floor) by an inner courtyard.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, dining room with fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, large 60m² room with fireplace, sitting area with sofa,
Bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: mezzanine room with library area.

St Félicien is the capital of cycle tourism (L'Ardéchoise).

Mid-week: 750 to 1,300 €
Week: 1,000 to 2,000 €.

Tourist tax : 0.90€ per person (over 18 years old) and per night.
