Brasserie la Chouette
Description
La Chouette Brasserie is a microbrewery installed since spring 2019.
A small place that wants to be warm, open to sharing, tasting and direct sale of our products.
Epicurean and curious, Rémy discovered the world of Craft Beer and embarked on the brewing adventure in associative form in 2016. Attracted by the diversity, complexity and beauty of the brewing profession, he became a full-time brewer in 2019.
La Chouette brasserie then moved to Tournon. In 2022, the brewery moved to the neighboring village of Saint Jean de Muzols, into larger, more convivial premises, while remaining a human-scale production facility.
We offer a permanent range of 7 beers, with a rather "gastronomic" approach to recipe development, simple but out of the ordinary, highlighting the full range of flavors of carefully chosen raw materials. We work with fresh, local produce, in particular seasonal fruits, herbs and buds.
This range is accompanied throughout the year by seasonal beers, ephemeral beers and a very special range of beers from the brewery's cellar, beers with mixed fermentations and 100% indigenous yeasts.
La Chouette is also a place open to all those interested in discovering craft beer. A place dedicated to tasting and take-away sales, in the midst of production equipment.
