Les Tours hiking trail

Description

A signposted trail above the old town centre of Tournon and the Rhone Valley. It follows the traces of the 16th century outer walls, with only two watchtowers now remaining (1 hour walk). The presence of these towers is the origin of the town's motto: "Turris Fortissima", the town strongest for its towers,
Departure point: climb the hospital staircase, Tour de la Vierge.
