A workshop on the origins of cocoa and different consumption habits around the world: detours through Mexico, Europe and the Philippines. Starts with Xocoalt for the origin of the bean with Mexico, then Europe with Switzerland/Belgium and a praline and Asia with Promesse Kalamansi from the Philippines.
