The chef, with the help of Mattéo, his friend and second in the kitchen, uses local and seasonal produce to offer you a gastronomic experience that combines modernity and indulgence. The dishes, carefully crafted, will surprise you with their authentic flavors and finesse.
Heading up the patisserie is chef Manon, renowned for her meticulous, refined work, bringing a modern touch to every dessert.
