Self contained, traditional gîte (good size) built in 1833, in little hamlet where only the owner lives. Surrounded by Ardèche orchards in the lovely Doux valley. Living room, lounge area (divans, fireplace - firewood on request), kitchen area, shower room/WC, low attic bedroom on mezzanine (double bed), bedroom (2 single beds). Electric heating. Cot on request. Large terrace under lime tree with view of Château de Chazotte, standing high above the valley. Car port.
