Description

Come and discover Ardéchoise charcuterie with Jérôme, passionate about his craft and the Ardèche region. During this unique workshop, you'll learn how to make traditional Ardéchois sausages, pâtés and caillettes in a friendly atmosphere! Jérôme is a professional charcuterie trainer.

A self-employed pork butcher and shopkeeper for over 10 years, he is now keen to share his passion and know-how through initiations in his processing workshop.

During workshops with him, you'll be able to transform and work on local specialties such as caillette, in a fun and friendly atmosphere!

Each workshop offers you 3 hours of discovery with Jérôme, knowledge of charcuterie and fresh products to take home.

This workshop is particularly suitable for beginners.

We're closed in July/August, as it's difficult to work with fresh meat in summer.
