LES LLANAS chocolate factory offers handmade, family-style chocolate creations. Tablets, chocolate bonbons... We use the Valrhona grand cru to enhance them with our know-how and creativity. Jean Michel Llanas joined Valrhona in 1989. An epicurean at heart and a lover of gastronomy, he had a passion for chocolates. This is how he forged his experience in this field over thirty years.
In the course of his career, he crossed paths with such chocolate greats as Pierre Hermé, Vincent Guerlais and Patrick Roger.
He decided to pass on his knowledge and experience to his two sons Melchior & Corentin. The two brothers trained and perfected their recipes over several years before opening their first boutique in Tournon sur Rhône. Word of mouth spread quickly until Christmas 2019, when the store was so successful that it was emptied a week before Christmas. In 2020 Les LLanas decided to invest in a larger laboratory. The two brothers were joined by Corentin's sister and wife. Today, the chocolate factory distributes its creations in Tournon and Valence. All the LLanas siblings have joined the company. They continue to develop new recipes, with ever greater delicacy and originality, with the motto “excellence accessible to all”.
